Helles Lager

Made from a heritage German barley, and carefully mashed to for its full expression. Coupled with a blend of our favorite low-alpha hops from the Hallertau region, Gold Dot Helles Lager is extensively cold-conditioned for roundness and maturity.

Staggers & Jags Cold IPA

Kevin came up with the idea for Cold IPA while at Wayfinder. His goal was to create a beer that is completely dry, bitter and intensely hoppy, with a super clean finish. Brewed with 20% rice and fermented warm with our house lager strain, Staggers & Jags is incredibly drinkable, a “wester than west coast” IPA.

Pils de Pils

Lisa and Kevin decided to showcase the northern German-style Pilsner interpretation with Pils de Pils. Made from a singular varietal of German barley, decocted to bone-dryness, and classically bittered with elegant and spicy German hops, Pils de Pils is a pilsner made of pilsner for pilsner lovers. Pleasently hoppy and fresh. Winner of the 2024 Bitburger challenge and amongst the best German-style Pils in the country!

Blue Label Dark Lager

Brewed four times as long as other beers, Dunkel has a remarkably rich flavor from slow and cold ferments. An easy beer to love that pairs with nearly any meal. Decocted to enhance the Munich malt profile while keeping the beer dry and repeatable. This beer satisfies the amber and dark beer lover and is the connoisseur's choice.

Export Lager

A slightly stronger version of our instant classic, Helles Lager. Made with pure glacier water and the finest imported hops and barley we could find on the earth. The result is an incredibly dry and sparkling lager for only the most discerning of palates.

Book Club Black Beer

A classic black lager made in the Bohemian style. Floor-malted dark malts decocted, later coupled with roast and balanced with sládek and saaz hops, this beer is extensively lagered.

Slim Diggs WC IPA

A classic, old-school IPA for IPA lovers. loads of pine and citrus with plenty of bitterness to balance. Deep golden with a retro feel but a modern upgrade. Hopped with Citra, Centennial, Simcoe. Never gets old.

Top Notch Amber

Vienna style lager originated in Vienna, Austria where the local malt produced an Amber lager that was nutty, toasty and delicious. This beer fell into obscurity in Austria, but has seen a recent resurgence and is still alive and well in Mexico and right here in the Northwest!
